Hacienda Macalauan, Inc. (HMI) is a Philippine enterprise and enlisted with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission in 1995 as a dairy cultivate substance, whose basic role is to work a dairy homestead and fabricate drain items and related dairy items. The organization was established by its present President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Eduardo J. Soriano, who has been occupied with the dairy business since his family worked San Miguel Corporation and Magnolia Dairy. The Dairy Farm and Plant is situated in Brgy. Mabacan Calauan, Laguna.
Ranch tasks started with only a bunch of Magnolia dairy cows however immediately ventured into a little scale dairy cultivate following the securing and importation of 100 heads of Freshian Sahiwals from Australia. It was in the late 1990s that HMI began its dairy handling task. The plant at first prepared fluid drain and cheddar items, which incorporate white cheddar or kesong puti, ricotta and curds.
