Alliance Select Foods International, Inc. (FOOD) is engaged in processing, canning, and export of canned tuna. It was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Alliance Tuna International, Inc. on September 1, 2003. It started commercial operations engaging in tuna processing, canning, and the export of canned tuna products in 2004. The Company exports its canned tuna products to various countries such as Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America. In order to reflect its plan to diversify its product line, the Company changed its corporate to the present one in 2010 and take advantage of its manufacturing expertise and global marketing channels to introduce new products.
