La Trinidad Organic Practitioners Multi-Purpose Cooperative (LATOP) is a cooperative composed of organic farmers that produce organic products in La Trinidad, Benguet and its neighbouring places. The cooperative is engage in the marketing of organic vegetables, fruits and processed products with organic vegetables/fruits as its main ingredients like chips, noodles, and teas. They continue to increase in membership because of the high demand on organic vegetables and other organic food related items.
