Chili Asylum is owned by Isi Laureano who is previously a culinary instructor and food stylist. She began by selling her grandmother’s special atchara recipe and soon expanded to a range of spicy condiments including pesto, chimichurri, and even vegetarian chili.
Chili Asylum offers a variety of bottled products which are all homemade such as hot pickled peppers, spicy chimichurri sauce, sweet-and-spicy chili fruit jams (pineapple-habanero jam and chili mango chutney), spicy pickled papaya, and spicy ketchups, among others.
