OPPORTUNITY TO ESTABLISH A STORAGE FACILITY ON A PROPERTY WITH EXISTING JETTY
We, at Dacon Group of Companies, an affiliate of DMCI Construction would like to share an opportunity with you about our 30-hectare property in Barangay Darong, Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.
This property has a 1.4-kilometer shoreline and is conveniently located about 30 kilometers from Sasa Port in Davao City, accessible from main hi-way via two-lane concrete road about 1 kilometer stretch.
Presently, about 30% of our property is occupied by locators specializing in fuel handling and storage. We are now seeking additional locators particularly those requiring jetty facilities for oil products, including crude and refined palm vegetable oils.
Our jetty extends 300 meters from the shore and features a draft of at least 14 meters, capable of accommodating medium-range vessels up to 50,000 DWT. We are also planning to add another jetty with 8 meters draft with trestle to cater to other vessel sizes and enhance operational efficiency, ease of maintenance, and cost minimization for our locators.
