Don Roberto’s Winery Corporation came from the idea of Roberto ‘Oby’ Castaňeda in 1999. The company innovated and improved a secret fruit wine recipe and extracted and fermented the wine with both the unripe green and ripe sweet yellow mangoes as the main ingredients. Don Roberto’s Green Mango Wine and Don Roberto’s Sweet (Yellow) Mango Wine was formally launched in December 2001. The product is available in 750 ml. and 75 cl. bottle containing 12.5% alcohol.
