Shemberg Marketing Corporation was founded on May 6, 1966, and started as a seaweed exporter. The company soon expanded and started processing and producing all kinds of Carrageenan like Kappa, Tota, and Lambda. The produced Carrageenan can be used for various foods, pharmaceutical, personal care, oral care, and other non-food applications. Shemberg continues to develop their products with safe and good quality and with conformance to the Philippine and International Standards.
